Located in the west end of Allentown, Pennsylvania, Nativity Lutheran Child Development Center
is a non-profit, Christian center with highly experienced, certified teachers. Our staff turnover is very low, with some teachers working at Nativity for 15 years or more.
Our goals are to work in cooperation with families to provide quality educational experiences and nurtuting daily care in a secure, loving, Christian
environment; and to guide the emotional, cognitive, physical, spiritual and social development of the children by providing age-appropriate experiences.
 We are licensed as a private academic preschool by the Pennsylvania State Department
of Education and as a full daycare center by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. We participate in the Keystone STARS Program. Nativity has just recently
earned another Star Level Rating! In December 2008 we moved up to a Star 2! A great achievement for the center as we work to continuously improve the quality of our program - View Certificate. Congratulations to all of the staff for their hard work and dedication to the children and the center!
We are open from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. We are a Church affiliated learning center. Our curriculum is age-appropriate, and includes field trips and special events that enhance the
programs.The Child Development Center provides a variety of programs for children ages 3 through 11. In addition to our preschool classes for children ages 3, 4, and 5, we also offer before and after school
programs for children in kindergarten through 5th grade. During the summer months, a full day/full week "Summer Fun" program is available for all children ages 3 to 11.
Our program includes snack and a nutritious hot lunch provided by a food service company.
